GHS Government Class Presentations

The Chatham Police Department partners with the Glenwood High School Government department to present a semi-annual presentation to the government classes.  Government class students learn about the importance of traffic stops and what to do if they get pulled over, they get to see a police canine demonstration, and they get an explanation of the basic law principles of probable cause and reasonable suspicion.  Students also get to learn about DUI’s and watch a few dash cam videos of actual DUI traffic stops.
