The Elementary Kids Safety Program is put on by Officer Mark Commean. Officer Commean goes to the elementary schools and talks to the 1st and 4th graders about safety, stranger danger, and bullying. As you can see, Officer Commean is very passionate about his work with kids, and the kids have a great time with this program.
